Airband support team is run by Kiruben Subramunier. Kiru has adopted an outsourcing business model which gives Airband fast and effective scaleability.

Rollen Erusan is the operations manager controlling installations and rolling out the network. Both Rollen and Kiru are certified in all elements of Airbands network.

Thembanet are the routing and CISCO networking skill. The company is run by Alastair Brand.

TMT perform customer installations and cabling from the Airband external antenna / radio / router (the CPE) to the server room. TMT is run by Pierrick Maujean

PSI also perform customer installations. PSI is run by Mary Harding.

Airband operates to a strict procedure and have PSI and TMT trained in this procedure. If followed correctly the procedure minimizes recalls creating a happy customer and a happy Airband.

SAI provide a 24 hour hour help desk and service support centre. This is located in Pietermaritzburg. It is run by Khetan

SAI also provide the administration and debt collectng function. This is loacted in Umhlanga and is run by Judith & Navi.
